Datawatch Security System
2300 Wilson Boulevard is equipped with a Datawatch Security System, which monitors both perimeter and elevator access after-hours. Datawatch Systems offers a program called DirectAccess for those individuals within an organization who handle card administration. DirectAccess is a browser-based program that allows you to handle card administration, manage tenant data and run reports via the Internet. Fitness Center
The Building is equipped with a fitness center which is available to tenants free of charge. It is located on level B1 and can be accessed through the elevator lobby on that level. Before your building access card can be programmed for access to the fitness center, you must read and sign the Fitness Center Waiver. You may find this waiver in the "Tenants Forms" section of the Tenant Manual or click here to receive it electronically. Please bring the signed waiver and your Datawatch access card to the Management office and we'll be happy to program it for access to the facility.

Colonial Parking can be reached at (202) 295-8100. Garage operating hours are:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 am to midnight
Saturday/Sunday: 10:00 am to midnight
Colonial will furnish all monthly accounts with one access card per parking permit.
This card allows access to the garage 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
